Murphy’s Restaurant and Catering

Keith and Yvonne Simpson (owners and managers) opened Murphy’s Restaurant and Catering in 1996.

We take pride in making your special event one to remember. We offer first class wedding receptions, birthday parties, company events and family reunions. The dining atmosphere is presented with linen table clothes, polished silverware, china and glassware.

Murphy’s Irish Pub and Rockwater restaurant will seat up to 120 guests privately. Indoors can be split into smaller private rooms of 20 guests or more and seat a further 100 guests outside on our Sundeck and private Bar, making a possible total of 220 guests.

New for 2008 is our beautiful Rose Garden and Patio. Seating a maximum of 400 guests, the garden boasts a Gazebo for the ceremony, a Stone Patio for dancing and green, green grass for the reception. Minimum of 70 guests on Saturday’s of the weekend months of June, July, August and September. If a smaller Party requires the Rose Garden during these months, a charge may apply.

We offer everything from pre-ceremony appetizers and served dinners to deluxe buffets. Our seasoned waitstaff and bartenders are extremely professional, greeting you and your guests with a warm and friendly smile. Our food is prepared by skilled chefs and made with only the finest, fresh ingredients.

We offer a wide range of buffet menus. Our menus have all been put together with care, imagination and a combination of both Californian & European influence. The menus are designed for you to customize and create your own. We are always open to suggestions and new ideas. Smaller parties may even be interested in selecting from our regular restaurant menu. Please ask for more details.

Additional Fees…

All buffet menus require a minimum of 20 guests. For groups smaller than 20, all menus may be served as plated meals, however a limited selection of menus items from our restaurant may be more beneficial.

To reserve: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required to reserve your space. This is purely a pre-payment (not an extra charge) and will be deducted from the final account on the day.
